脂肪酶CALB

        本产品南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B（CALB）具有极为优秀的有机合成能力。是世界上使用在生物柴油、能源、化工和医药等行业中最为广泛的脂肪酶品种。

【菌株来源】

        本产品采用南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B（CALB）高产菌株经液体深层发酵，分离提纯精制而得。

【剂    型】

        本产品为黄色到淡褐色水溶液，含甘油等少量多醇类稳定剂，酶含量约20%。酶活力为100,000 LU/g。

【酶活单位】

        每单位的脂肪酶为在pH 7.5、40 °C的条件下，将1.0 μmol油酸与甲醇酯化产生油酸甲酯的酶量。

【贮藏条件】

        建议贮藏在温度<25oC，湿度<50%的环境中，以4oC-10oC为******。 4oC-10oC环境下推荐为10个月。

【产品应用】

        本脂肪酶广泛应用于化学工业，水解拆分手性酯生产手性醇、酸和手性胺。可用于选择性脂化合成和转脂化反应，生产生物柴油和润滑油等特种油酯。

LIPASE CALB

        This product Candida antarctic lipase B (CALB) has excellent organic synthesis ability. It is the most widely used lipase variety in biodiesel, energy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries in the world.

【Strain Source】

        This product is made from Candida antarctic lipase B (CALB) strain by liquid submerged fermentation, separation and purification processes.

【Dosage Form】

        This product is yellow to light brown liquid solution, containing a small amount of glycerol stabilizer, with enzyme content of about 20%. The enzyme activity was 100,000 LU/g.

【Enzyme activity definition】

        Each unit of lipase is the amount of enzyme to make 1.0 μmol oleic acid esterified with methanol to produce methyl oleate at pH 7.5 and 40 °C conditions.

【Storage Condition】

        It is recommended to store in an environment with temperature <25oC and humidity <50%, with 4oC-10oC as the best for 10 months.

【Product application】

        The lipase is widely used in chemical industry to produce chiral alcohols, acids and amines by hydrolysis of dissolving esters. It can be used to produce special oil esters such as biodiesel and lubricating oil by selective lipid synthesis and transesterification reaction.
