【Production method】: The enzyme protein gene was originally cloned from Candida Antarctic lipase B (CALB). The enzyme was produced by submerged fermentation, and then was seperated and purified from the production organism.

【Enzyme Unit defined】：One unit will hydrolyze 1.0 microequivalent of fatty acid from a triglyceride in 1 hr at pH 7.2 at 37 °C. (This is equivalent to approx. 10 microliters of CO2 in 30 minutes.) The activity of our products was described as the enzyme unite per gram powder or milliliter liquid.
