        本产品为南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B(脂肪酶CALB)经大孔树脂固定化而得。

        脂肪酶435具有极为优秀的有机合成能力。是世界上使用在医药、精细化工、生物柴油、能源等行业中最为广泛的脂肪酶品种。

【菌株来源】

        本产品采用南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B(脂肪酶CALB)经固定化而得。

【剂    型】

        本产品为白色到淡黄色颗粒状。固定化材料为大孔树脂。酶活力为100,000 LU/g。

【酶活单位】

        每单位的脂肪酶为在pH 7.5、40 °C的条件下,将1.0 mmol油酸与甲醇酯化产生油酸甲酯的酶量。

【贮藏条件】

        建议贮藏在温度<25oC,湿度<50%的环境中。 4oC-10oC环境下推荐为10个月。

【产品应用】

        本脂肪酶435广泛应用于医药、精细化工等领域。可应用在拆分手性酯生产手性醇、酸和手性胺等领域;可用于选择性脂化合成和转脂化反应生产生物柴油和特种酯类。

LIPASE 435


      This product is prepared from Candida antarctic lipase B (Lipase CALB) immobilized by macroporous resin.

         Lipase 435 has excellent organic synthesis ability. It is the most widely used lipase variety in the pharmaceutical, fine chemical, biodiesel, energy and other industries in the world.

【Strain Source】

         The product was prepared by immobilization of Candida antarctic lipase B (lipase CALB).

【Dosage Form】

         This product is white to light yellow granular. The immobilized material was macroporous resin. The enzyme activity was 100,000 LU/g.

【Enzyme Activity Definition】

         Each unit of lipase is the amount of enzyme to make 1.0 μmol oleic acid esterified with methanol to produce methyl oleate at pH 7.5 and 40 °C conditions.

【Storage Condition】

         It is recommended to store in an environment with temperature <25oC and humidity <50%, with 4oC-10oC as the best for 10 months.

【Product Application】

         This lipase 435 is widely used in medicine, fine chemical industry and other fields. It can be used in dissolving esters to produce chiral alcohols, acids and chiral amines. It can be used for the production of biodiesel and special esters by selective lipid synthesis and translipination reaction.
